Position: Regional Sales Head

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially strong Regional Sales Head to own the overall business growth and performance of the designated region. The role will be responsible for regional P&L; ownership, revenue growth, new business acquisition, strategic account expansion, and leadership of the regional sales team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of enterprise B2B sales and consultative solution selling, with the ability to independently manage and close complex, high-value deals. The role requires the candidate to own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and stakeholder management to solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and final closure—with large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
Own the regional P&L;, including revenue growth, profitability, sales targets, and overall business performance.
Drive new business acquisition and revenue expansion across the region, with a strong focus on enterprise and strategic accounts.




Own and close large, complex deals end-to-end, from opportunity identification and discovery to solutioning, commercial negotiation, stakeholder alignment, and closure.
Build and manage relationships with CXO, senior management, and key decision-makers across large enterprise clients.
Lead consultative sales conversations by understanding customers' business and operational challenges and positioning relevant digital logistics, connected fleet, IoT, and telematics solutions.
Develop and manage a healthy regional sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, sales governance, and target achievement.
Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the regional sales team while also maintaining robust individual contribution in strategic/large deals.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
