✅ Requirements:
MEO Class I Certificate of Competency (CoC)
Sailing experience as Chief Engineer
0–4 years of experience in a Technical Superintendent role

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Manage vessel maintenance, repairs, PMS compliance, surveys, and certifications
Monitor vessel performance, operating budgets, and dry-docking activities
Coordinate technical support, spares, stores, and contractor services
Ensure compliance with class, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Drive safe and incident-free vessel operations
