? ? Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Support Coordinator to act as a bridge between support requests and senior infrastructure engineers.
You will focus on coordination, execution of basic tasks, and operational follow-up.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact between support teams and infrastructure engineers
Route and track support requests and incidents
Perform basic infrastructure tasks:
VM creation and management (VMware)




Basic admin on Linux & Windows servers
Monitor systems using Nagios and escalate alerts
Provide Level 2 support for standard issues
Execute routine operations:
Patch management and updates
Basic vulnerability remediation (Tenable)
Assist with:
Fortinet firewall checks
Microsoft 365 / Entra ID user administration
Maintain documentation and procedures

?️ Required Skills
Basic knowledge of
Active Directory, DNS, domain environments
Windows Server (2019/2022/2025)
Linux (RedHat, Debian)
VMware virtualization
Monitoring tools (Nagios)

Basic understanding of
Web servers (Apache, Nginx)
Databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
Familiarity with:
Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
Fortinet firewalls
Grafana (basic visualization)

3+ years' experience in IT support / infra
Robust organizational skills
Good communication
Willing to grow into a sysadmin role
