As Delphos builds and scales its Portfolio Management Services (PMS) business, we are looking for a Principal Officer to take responsibility for the oversight of the PMS function.

Job Description
We are looking for a Principal Officer – Portfolio Management Services (PMS)



to oversee the investment management, operations, risk management, and regulatory framework of our PMS business.
This is a senior role with significant ownership across portfolio management, investment processes, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Oversee portfolio management and investment operations of the PMS business.
Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI PMS regulations, circulars, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise portfolio construction, investment processes, and risk management.
Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls, policies, and operating procedures.
Oversee regulatory reporting, disclosures, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with SEBI, custodians, auditors, and other market intermediaries.
Establish appropriate governance and oversight frameworks for investment management activities.
Continuously improve the firm's investment
