Roles & Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, DPAs, SaaS service agreements, vendor, partnership, and integration agreements.
Provide advice to internal stakeholders on contract risks, interpretation, disputes etc.
Coordinate with external counsels and regulatory authorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual and regulatory alignment.
Assist in research and implementation of globally applicable laws including employment laws, IPR laws, technology laws (including DPDPA, GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA etc), and AI governance laws (including EU AI Act).
Assist in managing end-to-end contract lifecycle from template creation to execution (including renewals, amendments and terminations).
Assist in implementing legal work-flows, playbooks, contract repositories, and tools to scale legal support.
Exposure required in:
Customer facing agreements - SaaS agreements, MSA, SLA, NDA
Vendor agreements - marketing
Partner agreements - technology integration, whitelabelling, reselling
