About the Role
We are looking for a Wellness Consultant to own and convert inbound enquiries for our recovery equipment portfolio.
Leads come to you — your job is to qualify them with precision, understand the buyer's facility or training context deeply, and guide them to a confident purchase decision.
This is not a cold-calling role. It is a consultative, high-touch sales seat where your familiarity with the wellness world is what earns the buyer's trust.
Our buyers are gym owners, coaches, physiotherapists, hotel and spa wellness heads, and serious individual athletes. They speak the language of training, recovery and performance, and they buy from people who speak it back.
If you have worked in this industry and care about where it is going, you start this role with an advantage no generalist salesperson can match.
We will teach you the product and the protocols — what we cannot teach is genuine interest in wellness.
This is a high-ownership seat. You will own your numbers, your pipeline and your mistakes, with no one chasing you.
It is demanding, and not everyone lasts.

What you'll do -
Receive, qualify, and prioritise inbound enquiries across our product range — ice baths, infrared saunas, and red light therapy panels.
Run discovery calls and video consultations to understand the buyer's space, member or client profile, use case, and decision timeline.
Advise buyers on the right configuration for their facility or home setup, and explain the outcomes and protocols behind it credibly.
Own the sales cycle end to end — qualification, proposal, follow-up, negotiation, and order closure.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every interaction, lead stage, and deal status in Zoho CRM.
Coordinate with the installation and customer success team for a seamless post-sale handover.
