Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mysore. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, explaining suitable loan, mortgage, and credit card products, and guiding them through the application process. The specialist will manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive conversions and repeat business.



Daily responsibilities include supporting local marketing campaigns, participating in promotional activities, gathering market intelligence, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and product positioning. The role also includes preparing basic sales reports, meeting defined targets, and adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
