Role Description This is a full-time, in office Marketing Assistant role based in Lucknow. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing and sales activities by conducting market research, assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, and helping to generate leads. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and customer service teams, preparing marketing materials, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining records of marketing activities.



The role involves engaging with customers and prospects, managing basic promotional activities, and providing administrative support to the marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and support business development goals.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer and competitor data.
Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and prospects.
Foundational Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation and promotional activities.
Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to learn the sector.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online marketing tools is an advantage.
Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
