Role Description Eazeebox is looking for a driven Sales professional to lead and grow sales across multiple electrical brands under our DaaS (Distribution as a Service) model, including Crompton, Bonton and more.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.




3–5 years of sales experience in the electrical industry.
Experience in dealer/distributor/retail channel sales.
Team-handling experience preferred.
Strong understanding of the Karnataka retail market.
Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluency in Kannada and Hindi, with working English.
Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue targets across Karnataka.
Build and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Develop and execute sales strategies for partner brands.
Build and expand retailer, distributor and channel partner networks.
Drive product penetration, brand visibility and shelf share.
Monitor sales targets and team performance.
Conduct field visits, market mapping and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with operations, logistics and marketing teams.
Handle retailer escalations and payment follow-ups.
