About the Role
We are looking for a Software Mentor/Faculty Trainee who is passionate about software development, enjoys helping others learn, and wants to develop strong skills in both software engineering and technical mentoring.
As a Software Mentor Trainee,



you will work with students and the academic team to help learners understand programming, computer science fundamentals, software development concepts, assignments, and projects.
This is not a traditional coding trainer role. You will be expected to understand concepts deeply and gradually learn how to explain them clearly, guide students through problems, review their work, and connect theoretical concepts with practical software development.
This role is particularly suitable for fresh graduates, recent graduates, developers with 0–2 years of experience, and candidates with strong technical fundamentals who are interested in teaching or mentoring.
