Role Description This is a full-time, individual contribution role, on-site Business Development Representative role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted campaigns.



Responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, understanding customer needs related to operations management, and presenting Spectent’s product suite as solutions that address those needs. The role involves managing a pipeline in scheduling and supporting product demos, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and providing timely updates and reports on lead status and conversion metrics.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound prospecting and managing a sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to conduct persuasive conversations and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
