This role will primarily focus on Shotkut, GATH MEDIA’s rapid-growing subsidiary. Shotkut is a premium stock video platform designed to empower creators, filmmakers, and brands globally with high-quality, authentic visual assets.

Role Description
As a Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist (Shotkut), you will take full ownership of driving user acquisition, platform traffic, and conversions for our stock video platform. This is a mid-level role for a data-driven marketer with 2–3 years of experience who can seamlessly bridge paid media execution with organic growth strategies.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end digital campaigns, scale our organic visibility, and mentor a small, ambitious team.



You will ensure that all marketing initiatives align with Shotkut’s core brand strategy while collaborating closely with our in-house production, design, and product teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Paid Media Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize high-ROAS ad campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive platform sign-ups and subscriptions.
SEO & Organic Growth: Own Shotkut’s search engine optimization strategy. Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page/technical SEO, and improve search result rankings to capture high-intent organic traffic.
Team Mentorship: Supervise, guide, and accelerate the growth of 1–2 digital marketing interns, editors and graphic designers helping them execute tactical tasks effectively.
Brand Strategy & Copywriting: Apply basic brand strategy principles to guide creative assets, ensuring ad copy, landing pages, and visual creatives resonate with creators and videographers.
