We are hiring a Smart and Proactive Relationship Manager who will be based in Kolkata and travel across West Bengal to maintain strong relationships with Government and Private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
Meet and build strong relationships with Government and Private sector clients.
Share company brochures, product details, and service offerings during client visits.
Follow up professionally to ensure timely recovery of dues/outstanding payments.
Understand client queries and provide suitable support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure rapid resolution of client issues.
Maintain proper reports of client visits, payment follow-ups, and service feedback.
Work towards client satisfaction, retention, and new business opportunities through relationships building.





Requirements

Graduate in Any Stream or Diploma/B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical Preferred).
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
Smart, Confident, and Presentable Personality.
Quick thinker with strong customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Must be comfortable with travel for client visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
