We're Hiring | Social Media Manager - Podcast & YouTube

We're looking for someone who loves content, YouTube, social media, and getting things done.

You'll help manage content operations for two growing YouTube channels:

? Vinay Vimarsh
? Global Masters of Marketing
What you will do?
✅ Manage podcast uploads and publishing
✅ Publish Shorts/Reels across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & X
✅ Manage content calendars and schedules
✅ Coordinate with editors, designers, hosts, and guests
✅ Support guest outreach and scheduling
✅ Review videos before publishing (quality, captions, titles, thumbnails, etc.)
✅ Ensure everything goes live on time and looks skilled
✅ Track basic performance and identify what's working
Who we are looing for?




Organized and proactive
Detail-oriented
Comfortable with YouTube and social media
Strong written English
Good at coordination and communication
Takes ownership and follows through
