Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Establish strategic partnerships with Quality and Technical Operations stakeholders to align technology capabilities with business objectives.
Lead the Quality Technology portfolio, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives supporting Quality Assurance capabilities.
Drive the development and execution of technology roadmaps for Quality Management Systems and related digital platforms.
Partner with business leaders to capture, assess, and prioritize demand, translating requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Act as the primary Technology partner for Quality Assurance, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology investments.
Oversee vendor relationships, solution lifecycle management, and delivery of high-quality services in regulated GxP environments.
Collaborate with global Technology teams to support budgeting, business architecture, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote an inclusive,



high-performing environment while supporting capability building, digital transformation, and organizational change.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience & Skills

8+ years of experience working within Quality and GxP-regulated environments.
5+ years of experience supporting or managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Experience with enterprise Quality platforms such as Veeva Quality, Veeva Vault, or equivalent Quality systems.
Solid knowledge of GxP regulations, System Validation, Computer System Validation (CSV), and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing senior stakehold
