Your Role
The Artwork Planning Lead is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With minimum 7 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will lead cross-functional meetings to align priorities, allocate resources effectively, and enhance artwork management efficiency.
This role requires the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Sourcing, Supply, Design, and Operations, to ensure the successful delivery of current products to market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing artwork development and the production process within a CPG company or a related industry.In this role you will play a key role in:

Lead and oversee the multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, design, R&D;, regulatory, supply chain) and external stakeholders (agencies,



printers, suppliers).
Sets agenda, and clearly defines cross-functional responsibilities from project start to completion.
Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to mitigate them.
Compile regular artwork project reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions. Communicate these findings to seniors and cross-functional teams to keep everyone informed and engaged.
Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.
Act as a mentor/coach for associate artwork planning leads and planning coordinators.
