What you'll do:
The Logistics team owns the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the complete Delivery Associate (DA) experience, including DA Onboarding, Training, Support, and Order Delivery workflows across Noon Minutes. This team is the backbone of the last-mile delivery network, operating across multiple countries with a large and growing fleet of DAs.
As a Product Manager,



you will be responsible for driving strategic goals with millions in cost savings, DA satisfaction and sentiment, and the Core Order Delivery journey. You will own the logistics product area and be accountable for measurable improvements.
This is a global role requiring cross-regional coordination across all regions where the Noon Minutes program is established or will be established. It demands a dual operating mode:
Rapid experimentation and iterations - drive improvements through quick iteration cycles and data-driven decision-making.
Long-term vision - build products with high rigor, thorough scoping, and scalable architecture.
You will serve as the Voice of the DAs, generalizing requirements from diverse DA personas across regions and use cases, working from needs to solutions. You are expected to engage directly with DAs, on-ground support teams, and operational health monitoring to gain insight that distinguishes between surface-
