Role Description This is a full time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients with neurological and related conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy, including neurorehabilitation techniques, exercise programs, and functional training. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring progress, updating clinical notes,



coordinating with neurologists and other therapists, and educating patients and caregivers on home-based exercises and self-management strategies. The role also involves using rehabilitation technologies and equipment safely, contributing to interdisciplinary case discussions, and supporting continuous quality improvement in patient care.
Qualifications
Clinical physiotherapy skills in assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on neurorehabilitation for stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological conditions.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance and coordination work, and pain and spasticity management techniques.
Ability to use rehabilitation technologies and equipment, with openness to learning neuromodulation and mechatronics-based tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
