Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP TM functional solutions.
Configure and customize SAP TM modules including:
Freight Order Management
Freight Booking
Transportation Planning
Carrier Selection
Charge Management
Freight Settlement
Transportation Execution
Participate in end-to-end SAP TM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
Design and configure transportation networks, planning profiles, and transportation charges.
Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP ERP, and SAP S/4HANA systems.
Support master data setup including locations, business partners, carriers, transportation lanes, and resources.
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and user training.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Monitor transportation processes and recommend continuous improvements.
