Job DescriptionCompany: Hiring for a reputed real estate development company. With a growing portfolio across residential, commercial, master-planning and hospitality, the company is developing landmark projects across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate with appointed leasing consultants (national & local brokers) to ensure active deal flow and structured follow-ups. Prepare and review LOIs, term sheets, and lease agreements in coordination with legal and management teams. Build and expand relationships with active brokers and tenant representation firms across Hyderabad. Serve as the single point of contact for all empanelled leasing consultants and channel partners. Track competitive developments — current supply, leasing activity,



rental movements Provide inputs on pricing strategy, unit mix, and leasing terms based on market feedback. Liaise with the projects and facilities team for unit readiness, snag clearance, and fit-out approvals during the pre-leasing phase. Coordinate with the legal team for agreement vetting, registration processes, and compliance documentation. Work with marketing for collateral development, listings on portals, and any leasing events or roadshows.
