Job Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of legal associates, ensuring timely delivery of client assignments, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational excellence. The role requires effective people management, workflow planning, client coordination, and continuous process improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of legal associates.
- Allocate work based on team capacity, skill set, and project priorities.
- Monitor daily productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate the team to achieve performance and quality objectives.
- Identify training needs and support employee development.

Operations & Delivery
- Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure adherence to client deadlines.




- Review work completed by team members to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and internal processes.
- Track project progress and proactively address operational challenges.
- Escalate delivery risks and recommend appropriate solutions.

Quality Assurance
- Perform quality reviews and provide corrective guidance where required.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and company quality benchmarks.
- Analyze quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
- Minimize errors through coaching and process standardization.

Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client engagements.
- Participate in client meetings and provide project updates.
- Understand client requirements and ensure effective execution by the team.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients.

Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation
