The Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own our growing book of mid-market accounts — commitments in the $20K–$50K ACV range. You'll run a real portfolio end-to-end: onboarding, adoption tracking, renewals, and expansion, calibrated to volume rather than the white-glove motion we run at the enterprise tier. This is a balanced-touch model, not a light one a $20K–$50K
