n Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Manage end-to-end diamond jewellery production operations.n
- Plan and monitor production schedules, targets and delivery timelines.n
- Coordinate with CAD, casting, setting, polishing, finishing and QC teams.n
- Supervise production teams and ensure efficient manpower utilization.n
- Monitor diamond and precious metal usage, wastage and production losses.n
- Ensure jewellery is manufactured as per approved designs and specifications.n
- Identify and resolve production, quality and process-related issues.n
- Monitor rework, rejection and productivity at each production stage.n
- Maintain daily production reports and performance records.n




- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth order execution.n
- Implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce wastage.n
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company production procedures.n
- 10+ years of experience in diamond jewellery manufacturing/production. n
- Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery production processes.n
- Proven experience in managing production teams and large-volume orders.n
- Valuable understanding of diamond setting, casting, polishing and finishing.n
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and minimising wastage.n
