Hiring: Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the Domestic Market, with a focus on IT & Non-IT recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, cold calling and networking
- Identify new clients and business opportunities
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions
- Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships
- Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction




- Reactivate existing clients and drive revenue growth
- Track market trends and competitor activities

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition

Experience in Recruitment / Staffing / HR Services will be preferred

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Good proposal writing and client relationship management skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-driven
