We are looking for an experienced Business Development qualified to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the Domestic Market, with a focus on IT & Non-IT recruitment solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through , job portals, email campaigns, cold calling and networking

• Identify new clients and business opportunities

• Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients

• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction





• Reactivate existing clients and drive revenue growth

• Track market trends and competitor activities

? What We're Looking For

✅ 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition

✅ Experience in Recruitment / Staffing / HR Services will be preferred

✅ Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

✅ Good proposal writing and client relationship management skills

✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-driven
