NPrimary Job Purpose
nThis is a Team Leadership (60%) and Individual Contributor (40%) role responsible for driving the commercial success, market adoption, and launch and growth of the British Safety Council's Latest Health, Safety & Wellbeing Rating / Certification Program for Grade A / Grade B office occupiers.
NThe role will be accountable for contributing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the current product across multiple sales channels including direct enterprise sales, developers, property consultants (IPCs), facility management companies, industry associations, and strategic ecosystem partners.
NThe role holder will leada team of Business Development Executives while personally contributing to revenue generation through hunting, pipeline development, and acquisition of strategic occupier accounts across IT, ITES, BFSI, MNCs, GCCs and other office-based sectors.




NThe role is expected to establish the new product as the leading Health, Safety & Wellbeing certification program for tenant-occupied workplaces and drive sustainable growth through both direct and indirect channels.

NTeam Leadership & Market Development Responsibilities (60%)

N2.Build and manage a high-performing sales team consisting of Business Development Executives, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
