Job DescriptionWE’RE HIRING | Accounts Payable (AP) – Finance & Accounts Location: Bangalore Experience: Relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounts Preferred Qualification: CMA Intermediate / Candidates with Articleship Experience We are looking for a Finance & Accounts qualified with strong end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) experience . Key Responsibilities: • Handle the complete AP accounting process from invoice processing to accounting and reconciliation • Have hands-on experience in passing accounting entries • Perform and understand GST & TDS calculations and accounting treatment • Manage vendor accounting,
reconciliations and AP-related activities • Ensure accuracy and completeness of AP transactions and records • Support month-end and year-end accounting activities • Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting and Depreciation Entries will be an added advantage Ideal Candidate: ✅ Strong understanding of AP accounting and processes ✅ Hands-on experience with accounting entries ✅ Good knowledge of GST & TDS calculations ✅ CMA Intermediate candidates or candidates with articleship experience are preferred ✅ Candidates from small to mid-sized companies/firms are preferred due to their likely end-to-end accounting exposure ✅ Candidates with experience limited to only one specialized AP process may not be suitable
