nWe are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in the Steel / TMT industry to manage sales operations across Tamil Nadu.

- Drive sales and business growth across Tamil Nadu. N
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and key customers. N
- Manage and expand the dealer and distribution network. N
- Achieve sales targets and ensure market growth. N
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing. N




- Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets. N
- Lead and manage the sales team for the region. N
- Ensure effective marketcoverage and customer engagement. N

- 5–10 years of experience in the Steel / TMT industry is mandatory. N
- Robust knowledge of theTamil Nadu steel/TMT market. N
- Proven experience in sales and dealer/distributor management. N
- Good communication, negotiation and team management skills. N
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu. N
- Candidates currently working in the Steel / TMT industry will be preferred. N
