WE’RE HIRING – STUDENT COUNSELLOR
n SPM Study Abroad is looking for an experienced and results-driven Student Counsellor – Study Abroad to join our team.
nLocation: Coimbatore
nEmployment Type: Full-Time
nExperience: Minimum 1 Year Required
n Key Responsibilities:
n• Counsel students interested in studying abroad
n• Understand students’ academic background, career goals and preferences
n• Guide students in choosing suitable countries, courses and universities
n• Handle enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
n• Follow up consistently with prospective students
n• Explain admission requirements, scholarships, intakes and application processes
n• Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teams
n• Maintain student and lead follow-up records
n• Work towards counselling, application and admission targets
n Candidate Requirements:




n• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling, overseas education, admissions or a related field
n• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n• Confident in communicating with students and parents
n• Excellent follow-up and convincing skills
n• Target-oriented and self-motivated
n• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
n• Knowledge of overseas education processes will be an added advantage
