Night Shift Allowance: 135 per night (approx.)

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Use basic computer applications for customer transactions
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
