Role Overview
We are seeking an Export Sales Coordinator to handle export order processing, customer communication, shipment coordination, and export documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate export orders from receipt to shipment.
Communicate with international customers regarding orders and deliveries.
Prepare export documentation, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams for timely dispatch.
Track shipments and maintain records in ERP/MS Excel.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Export Coordination/Export Documentation.
Knowledge of export procedures and shipping documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
ERP experience will be an added advantage.
