We’re Hiring | Scan-to-BIM Team Lead
WildPlantTS is looking for an experienced Scan-to-BIM Team Lead to lead our BIM modelling team and deliver high-quality Point Cloud → BIM → As-Built projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Scan-to-BIM modelling team.
Convert LiDAR / 3D laser scan point clouds into accurate BIM models.
Review models for accuracy, LOD and project standards.
Allocate tasks, monitor productivity and ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with 3D scanning, engineering and project teams.
Handle QA/QC and resolve modelling issues.
Requirements
3–6 years of BIM / Scan-to-BIM experience.
Strong Autodesk Revit and point-cloud modelling skills.
Experience with ReCap, Navisworks or similar tools.
Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD and as-built modelling.
Good team management and communication skills.
Experience in industrial / factory projects is an advantage.
