Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Surat. The Caller will contact prospective and existing customers to explain loan, mortgage, and credit card offerings, clarify product features, and answer basic queries. The role includes gathering and verifying customer information, recording call details in internal systems, and coordinating with sales or relationship managers to support lead conversion.



The Caller will follow scripts and compliance guidelines, meet daily and weekly call targets, and maintain a courteous, qualified communication style. The role also involves providing feedback from customers to the team to help improve processes and customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
Customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to handle objections or basic concerns.
Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, CRM usage, and accurate documentation of call outcomes.
Understanding of or interest in financial products such as loans, mortgages, and credit cards; willingness to learn product details and regulatory guidelines.
