We run a high-velocity, sales-driven team where telecalling and sales operations are core to the business - this role's primary focus is bringing in talent that can scale that engine.

Role Summary
We're looking for an HR Manager who specializes in sales hiring - someone who can recruit telecallers, tele-sales executives, and sales team members at high volume with fast turnaround. This isn't a generic HR role - the candidate needs a pulse on sales talent: the ability to judge who can handle cold calling, target pressure, and objection handling under real conditions.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end sales recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding for telecaller/sales roles
Build and maintain a high-volume hiring pipeline, given the naturally higher attrition in sales roles
Manage sourcing channels: Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referral programs, and local hiring drives/consultancies
Candidate screening:



assess communication skills, sales aptitude, target-orientation, and regional language fluency where applicable
Design interview processes: build sales-specific interview rounds/scripts that test real objection-handling and pitch ability
Salary negotiation & offer rollout, with market-aligned compensation benchmarking for sales roles
Onboarding & induction: align new telecallers on company process, CRM tools, and initial training
HR operations: attendance, documentation, policy compliance, and exit process for the sales team
Retention strategy: analyze attrition and suggest initiatives to reduce turnover (incentive structure, career path, culture fit)
Reporting: weekly/monthly hiring funnel reports — sourced, screened, interviewed, offered, joined, dropped

3–4 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years dedicated to sales/telecalling hiring
