ALLREAL (Machenn Innovations Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for two Business Development Associates to help us expand our B2B customer network and bring our technology-driven healthcare training solutions to more institutions and organisations.

We are hiring for two distinct roles:
1. Business Development Associate – Offline Sales
? Coimbatore | Full-time | In office / Field-based
2. Business Development Associate – Digital Sales
? Coimbatore | Full-time | On-site

What you’ll be doing

Offline Sales
• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
• Connect with hospitals, medical institutions, colleges, training institutes, corporates, EHS teams, CSR programs and other potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, calls and direct outreach.
• Manage follow-ups, quotations, negotiations and closures.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for demos,



custom requirements and deployments.

Digital Sales
• Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, phone calls and other digital channels.
• Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers.
• Initiate conversations, understand requirements and conduct online product demonstrations.
• Manage leads from first contact through qualification, demo, quotation, negotiation and closure.
• Maintain a structured prospect database and accurate sales records.
• Use CRM, spreadsheets and AI tools to improve prospecting, communication and sales productivity.
• Experiment with new digital prospecting strategies and identify new customer segments.

What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, field sales, institutional sales or a related role.
