Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team supporting an Intraday Liquidity Management System, which enables bank-wide intraday cash projections, liquidity monitoring, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have robust domain expertise in Liquidity Management, Financial Markets, Payments, or Cash Management, combined with excellent analytical, functional, and technical skills. The candidate should be comfortable working across business, technology, vendor, and change-management teams in a complex banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, scope, and document requirements and propose feasible solutions aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with Technology, Vendors, Business, and Change teams to understand end-to-end system architecture, implementation, integrations, and liquidity processes.
Perform data analysis on large datasets to identify business impacts, data gaps, and technology-change requirements.
Prepare detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD),



Functional Specifications, process flows, and solution designs.
Present solution designs, functional requirements, and system architectures clearly to technical and senior business stakeholders.
Define cost-effective technology solutions that meet business requirements and comply with applicable banking regulations and regulatory standards.
Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, testing strategy, data migration, implementation, release planning, and post-production support.
Drive simplified, consolidated, and scalable technology and integration architectures.
Identify dependencies, risks, impacts, and opportunities for process and technology improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business, technology, vendor, and senior management stakeholders.
