Role Description The Senior Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for driving life insurance sales and building long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, explaining Pramerica Life’s products and solutions, and recommending suitable plans based on individual financial goals and protection needs.



The role involves conducting in-person meetings, following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate documentation and policy issuance. The Senior Sales Agent will collaborate with internal teams, adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ongoing activities include market research, participation in local sales campaigns, and continuous development of product and industry knowledge.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
