The Service Revenue role is a critical position within our organization,
responsible for driving revenue and business growth. You will play a key role in
developing and executing strategies to increase service revenue, with a focus on
direct sales, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and managing relationships
with key accounts and contractors/architects. This role offers an exciting

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue, including
direct sales and AMC sales.
* Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, contractors, and architects
to drive business opportunities.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, focusing
on service-based solutions.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align service revenue goals with overall
business objectives.
* Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of
the curve.
* Prepare and present proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to potential
clients.




* Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive and professional customer
experience.
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on service revenue
performance.
* Stay updated with industry knowledge and best practices to enhance service
offerings.
* Support the team in achieving overall business targets and contribute to a
positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Electronics
field.
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar service revenue or sales role,
preferably in the electrical/digital systems industry.
* Proven track record of driving service revenue growth and managing key
accounts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
strong relationships.
* Solid negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
