About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Freelance VC Fundraising Consultant to support our client in raising venture capital and strategic investment.
This is a hands-on fundraising role for someone who understands the VC ecosystem, can identify the right investors, build meaningful investor relationships, and drive the fundraising process from investor mapping through meetings and negotiations.
The ideal candidate will already have a robust network across VC funds, angel investors, family offices, strategic investors, and HNIs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a targeted VC fundraising strategy based on the company's business model, stage, sector, and funding requirement.
Identify and build a qualified pipeline of relevant VCs, family offices, angel investors, strategic investors, and institutional funds.
Leverage existing investor relationships and create warm introductions wherever possible.
Conduct investor outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and professional networks.
Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, follow-ups,



and fundraising discussions.
Help position the company, founders, market opportunity, traction, business model, and investment thesis compellingly.
Support preparation and refinement of the pitch deck, investor narrative, financial story, and fundraising materials.
Maintain a structured investor pipeline and track outreach, meetings, interest levels, and next steps.
Assist the founders in handling investor questions and due-diligence discussions.
Support negotiations around valuation, investment structure, terms, and closing, where appropriate.
Provide regular updates on fundraising progress, investor feedback, and market sentiment.
Ideal Candidate
You should have:
Proven experience in VC fundraising, investment banking, startup fundraising, venture capital, private equity, or investor relations.
A strong and demonstrable investor network.
Experience successfully helping startups raise capital.
