This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for an accounting professional who takes pride in accurate, well-organized financial records. You’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities while supporting invoicing, payments, reconciliations, payroll, and tax reporting. The role offers broad exposure to accounting operations within a fast-growing, international business setting. You’ll work closely with a multicultural team where attention to detail and financial accuracy directly support business performance. The position is well suited to someone who is organized, analytical, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Accountabilities
Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping records in Zoho Books, following applicable GAAP accounting principles and established procedures.
Process vendor invoices,



manage vendor registrations, generate customer invoices, and support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform regular bank and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accounting records remain complete and accurate.
Process employee salaries, commissions, expenses, and other payments accurately and within required timelines.
Prepare and file HST returns and compile monthly and periodic financial reports in accordance with applicable requirements and internal policies.
Maintain organized financial documentation and records, ensuring information is readily available for reporting and review.
Support additional accounting and bookkeeping activities as required, responding effectively to changing business needs and priorities.
