Brand Strategy Manager - Influencer Marketing
Role Overview
As a Brand Strategist Manager, you’ll be the strategic brain behind influencer campaigns that brands say yes to.
Working in a fast-paced agency environment, you’ll get to work across multiple brands, categories and audiences rather than solving for just one brand.
You’ll work closely with Brand Partnerships to decode brand challenges, uncover the right insights, and turn them into fresh, creator-first strategies and ideas that are both creatively exciting and commercially strong.
The Gist of What You’ll Do
Decode Brand Briefs: Understand the brand, its objectives, target audience and business challenge, and translate them into explicit influencer marketing opportunities.
Build Influencer Strategies: Develop the overall creator strategy - right platforms, creator mix, content formats and approach - based on the brand objective rather than vanity metrics.
Turn Insights into Ideas: Research categories, competitors, audiences,



social conversations and creator trends to uncover insights that can become strong campaign ideas.
Own Pitch Strategy: Lead the strategic development of pitch decks and proposals, building the campaign thought, narrative, creator approach and execution framework that helps the Brand Partnerships team win business.
Create Sellable Campaign Solutions: Develop ideas that strike the right balance between creative, strategic and commercially viable, while keeping budgets, timelines and execution realities in mind.
Partner with Brand Partnerships: Work closely with the sales team on briefs, brainstorms and client pitches, helping position influencer marketing as a strategic solution to the brand's business problem.
Lead & Mentor the Strategy Team: Review strategies and pitches, guide junior strategists, set quality standards, and build a stronger culture of strategic and creative thinking within the team.
Stay Ahead of the Creator Economy: Keep a strong pulse on social platforms, emerging creators
