Position: Sales Operations Executive
Location: Kurla Phoenix Paragon Plaza, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Summary: The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless sales operations, efficient client servicing, and superior client satisfaction—managing the complete lifecycle from lead-generation support to post-sale execution across print and digital media. This role will work closely with Sales Managers and report into the Sales Manager / Head of Sales Operations, coordinating with production and digital teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Support Sales Managers through tele-calling for lead generation, scheduling client appointments, and handling post-sale operational execution
Coordinate with clients, in-house production teams, and digital teams to ensure timely receipt and placement of artworks for print and digital media
Sell advertising solutions across Print, Digital,



Social Media & Special Edition publications.
Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups and conversions.
Track and manage advertising schedules, artwork submissions, and publication deadlines
Ensure 100% accuracy in ad materials, including content, sizes, placements, and technical specifications
Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and client databases, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence
Prepare MIS reports, sales performance analysis.
Act as a key point of contact to ensure smooth internal coordination and effective external communication.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline
2-6 years of experience in media sales operations, advertising, or magazine publishing
Solid coordination, follow-up, and process management skills
Proficiency in MIS reporting, CRM tools, and MS Excel.

Additional Information

Salary Range: INR 3.5 - 5.
