Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Referral Marketing Professional based in Seemapuri.



The Referral Marketing Professional will build and maintain solid relationships with pediatricians, general practitioners, clinics, and other healthcare providers to drive patient referrals to Vitalis Superspeciality Children Hospital. Daily responsibilities include meeting healthcare partners, explaining hospital services and specialties, organizing outreach activities, and tracking referral trends and feedback. The role involves coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, preparing referral-related communication materials, and ensuring a smooth referral experience for families and referring providers. The professional will also support local marketing initiatives, community engagement events, and periodic reporting on referral performance and growth opportunities.
