About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven professional to manage T-Hub’s Mentor and Value Partner ecosystem and help startups access the right expertise, resources and support at the right time.
You will work closely with startups, mentors, value partners and internal teams to understand startup requirements, facilitate meaningful connections, drive engagement and ensure a seamless experience across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Mentor & Value Partner Desks: Own day-to-day operations and serve as the primary point of contact for startups, mentors and value partners.
Connect startups with the right support: Understand startup requirements and match them with relevant mentors, partners, benefits and ecosystem resources.
Drive ecosystem engagement: Organise and coordinate mentor sessions, office hours, webinars, workshops and other engagement initiatives.
Build & manage relationships:



Onboard recent mentors and value partners, maintain strong relationships with the existing network and identify opportunities to deepen engagement.
Strengthen Outpost: Help build and maintain Outpost as a central resource platform for startups by curating relevant resources, benefits and partner offerings.
Beyond these core responsibilities, you will track engagement and utilization, gather feedback, identify gaps in the ecosystem, capture success stories and continuously look for ways to improve the experience for startups and partners.
Ideal Candidate
Graduate with approximately 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in partnerships, stakeholder management, client management, startup engagement or event/program management.
Prior exposure to B2B product companies, startups, incubators, accelerators or innovation ecosystems would be an advantage.
