About the RoleWe are looking for Associate Accountant with Finance background with 2–3 years experience to join our Finance team and work closely with the Associate Manager – Finance.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who is eager to learn and develop robust expertise across accounting, financial reporting and intercompany transactions.The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in intercompany accounting and reconciliation, along with a willingness to take on broader finance responsibilities.




Principal Responsibilities
Intercompany Accounting & Analysis• Manage end-to-end intercompany accounting transactions, including recording, reconciliation and analysis.• Calculate monthly intercompany cross-charges in alignment with global transfer-pricing agreements and coordinate distribution to local controllers.• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations between entities.• Investigate and resolve intercompany mismatches and differences.• Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure intercompany balances are accurate and aligned.• Review intercompany invoices, recharges, settlements and supporting documentation.• Ensure timely accounting of intercompany transactions during month-end close.• Support intercompany confirmations and elimination-related activities.• Analyse intercompany balances and identify unusual or aged items.
