The Opportunity

We're looking for an Associate Data Scientist who can take ownership of data science and machine learning problems from understanding the business context through to delivering a working solution.

At this level, you're expected to go beyond executing defined tasks. You'll work directly with client teams, translate ambiguous business problems into analytical approaches, make informed technical decisions, and independently drive key workstreams towards production.

You'll work across the lifecycle of AI projects, including data exploration, feature engineering, modelling, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring. Depending on the engagement, you'll also have opportunities to work with Generative AI, APIs,



and modern data and ML engineering practices.

What You'll Do

Work directly with client stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Independently own data science and machine learning workstreams from problem definition through delivery.
Perform data exploration, statistical analysis, feature engineering, and model development across wide-ranging business problems.
Build, evaluate, and improve production-grade machine learning models using appropriate modelling approaches.
Design and analyse experiments, including A/B tests, and translate results into actionable business recommendations.
Develop reusable data pipelines, APIs, and internal tools that support AI solutions.
