We are seeking a skilled CCTV Technician responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and related security equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IP and analog CCTV systems, networking basics, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission CCTV systems (IP & Analog).
Install and configure NVRs, DVRs, IP cameras, and PoE switches.
Perform cable laying, termination, labeling, and testing.
Troubleshoot CCTV hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and PCs.
Install and maintain access control, biometric, and video intercom systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Diagnose and replace faulty cameras, hard drives, power supplies, and networking equipment.
Maintain installation reports, service reports, and asset documentation.
Coordinate with customers to ensure successful project delivery.
Follow company safety standards and installation best practices.
Provide in office and remote technical support when required.
