As a CCE, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling
inbound calls and providing timely and accurate assistance. Your primary goal is
to resolve customer queries and ensure their satisfaction. You will be part of a
dynamic team, working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional customer
experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a warm
and friendly approach.
* Listen to and understand customer inquiries, providing clear and concise
information and solutions.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, utilizing your product and service
knowledge.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure proper
documentation.
* Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate
team members or supervisors.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
and effective issue resolution.
* Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer trends, concerns,

QUALIFICATIONS

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for
candidates with some college education or relevant certifications.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call
center setting.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
communicate effectively with diverse customer segments.
* Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric approach to
problem-solving.
