Roles & Responsibilities
 Leads will be provided by the company; responsible for calling and following up with prospective clients.
 Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities through effective calling andcommunication.




 Handle the complete target-based sales process for the assigned region.
 Call prospective clients, understand their requirements, negotiate, and finalize orders.
 Liaison with Architects, Builders & Developers, Swimming Pool Contractors, Dealers, and end customers.
 Provide complete product information, guidance, and sales support to clients.
 Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
 Maintain regular follow-ups, sales data, and basic reporting.

 Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
 Target-driven mindset with ownership of results
 Ability to understand customer requirements and offer solutions
