We’re looking for a process-oriented, tool-savvy Project Management Executive who can plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects with speed, clarity, and accountability.

Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in non-IT or agency environments.

What You’ll Do
Plan, track, and close projects across marketing, branding, and creative verticals
Own dashboards, timelines, client communication, and deliverable reviews
Build, improve, and document workflows using ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and AI-enabled tools
Run deep root-cause analysis and fix bottlenecks with actionable solutions
Evaluate and implement PM tools; drive automation and efficiency
Communicate assertively with stakeholders; ensure clarity and follow-through
Conduct retrospectives; help build a culture of continuous improvement




Handle multiple priorities without dropping context or deadlines
Bring energy, attention, and reliability to every collaboration

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, or Engineering preferred)
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) is mandatory
1–2 years of hands-on PM experience (agency / marketing / tech / SaaS a plus)
Proficiency in PM tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace)
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, risk, and stakeholder management
